Lancaster Colony Commercial Products is a division of Lancaster Colony Corporation, which is a diversified marketer and manufacturer in three distinct product groups that include specialty foods, which is the largest and fastest growing division; glassware and candles; and automotive. These groups operate autonomously, allowing each to focus on its specific customer base and market opportunities. The specialty foods group markets regional and national brands to retail and food service markets. Products are sold under the Lancaster Colony brand name or through an array of private-label customers. The automotive group manufactures parts for the original equipment market. The glassware and candles group was the company s sole operation when it was established in 1961 through the merger of several house ware manufacturing companies.
