CPP Towing & Recovery

I would not use this company!!! They have no respect for customers. Left my mother stuck stating they would be there in 20 minutes and 45 minutes later still no one was there. She tried calling back many times and it went straight to voicemail. I called and told them not to send a driver (not that they had any intention of doing so) and said that it was ridiculous to leave someone sit there and not answer their calls and he hung up on me. I would not use them for anything! I called another company and they had a driver there is 10 minutes! Use someone else you will be thankful you did!

I only needed my car Towed 2 blocks, I've been waiting almost 45 minutes when the driver said 15 now he's sending my calls straight to Voicemail #WaytoRunaBusiness

Had to put a star for it to take but by far the worst! 30 min, yea right two hours later and still won't pick up their phone! I have roadside assistance on my phone and this is the second time CPP has been dispatched to pick up my car within 3 months and both times it was the same thing, be there in 30 min and it's two hours later and they won't answer the phone or call back! How they are still in business is beyond me. I have recommended to my phone provider to make sure they don't get billed and the multiple bad reviews they have. Don't ever dispatch them to pick me up again.

I ended up using this company through another service that I have for my car that provides towing. He showed up and gave my car a jump and said that i could call him if it didn't start again. It started after the jump but then didn't start two days later. So I called my company again and they informed me that I he got paid for a tow as he billed it as such and that I only get one free tow a week, so this one would be out of pocket. So I called CPP and asked him to correct the error with the company and gave him the information, and he said that he would call me right back. I waited an hour and then called the original company to see if there was an update. He called and told them that he did tow my car to the shop! I had to speak to the shop and have them talk to the company so that I didn't have to pay for the tow. Not only did he leave me when we weren't sure my car would start up again, he didn't properly file the paperwork so that I got screwed in the end. Then, he willingly called and lied about his service he provided. Then when I tried to call CPP (It goes straight to the cell phone) he didn't answer, nor returned either of my voicemails after I spoke with the company. Do not EVER use this service. I wanted to report CPP to the BBB, but they aren't a member. THAT should give you another clue right there.

i contracted this company to repossess a vehicle, he lifted it up in a parking lot after i told him where it was, charged a $300. fee to the driver to drop the vehicle, he was told to repossess and store the vehicle. this was never done. i had to hire another company to do the job as it was suppose to be done..i would never reccomend or use this company...
