Come check out your new home at cornerstone crossing. they are warm and cozy and very spacious. they have over 30 different styles to choose from. they have laundry facilities onsite, an Olympic sized pool, and a new play ground for your family to enjoy!

Although it was difficult getting into this place and I wasn't to sure about the location, but I feel safe here.

If I could give zero stars that would be more accurate. My husband, dog and I lived in this complex for 6 years. When we first moved in it was owned by a different company. It worked smoothly, they replied to maintenance requests quickly, and were very kind at the office. But now... the complex is now owned by a company called New Life Property. Since they took over the service is terrible, the emergency maintenance line is often turned off during the weekends and the office staff are rude and have attitudes. The only reason we have stayed is because we are looking for a home and it was easy to save money when the rent was low.

Don't waste your money here, horrible maintenance I had to fix my own garbage disposal and dishwasher and there is a hole in my bathroom floor and they have ignorant people moving here there is a city controlled pond behind it dirty and residents kill the geese and ducks that visit it one of the geese looked like someone kick it's head open and someone shot bottle rockets at it worse place

Cornerstone Crossing Apartments is not worth Your Time, Effort or Money!! This place is plagued with problems!! Should you choose to visit this place, you will immediately notice the disorganization of the Office Staff. If you are not a current Tenant, then they will butter you up as much as possible. However, once you become a Tenant, the Office Staff no longer cares about you!! The complex is very large and covers several city blocks. Therefore, they have "Resident Managers" for particular sections of the complex. I have lived here for a little over 1 year and I can't even tell you how many times my "Resident Manager" has changed. They also avoid returning your phone calls as much as possible.... that's IF anyone bothers to answer the phone.



They will also tell you they have the Columbus PD or Private Security that "monitors & patrols" the complex all the time. It's a flat-out LIE!! I have NEVER seen any Police or Security patrolling the area. The only time I see the Police is when I call them for something or someone else calls them..... or they are searching for a "Suspect". You will also see the Columbus PD Helicopter shining it's spotlight around the complex quite frequently during the night. Not because they are "patrolling" the Apartment Community.... Because they are looking for someone. I've seen this numerous times since I've lived here. So, if you ask them about the Crime Rate, and they tell you it's "Low"... they are LYING!! Again, there have been numerous times when I've been sitting on my couch in the evening, and saw several Police Officers searching the area outside my patio door!! That's always a safe feeling (sarcasm)!! There have also been several shootings in this area. One of the cases was on the News not long ago. A man was shot & killed on Bairsford Road when he answered his door (That did NOT take place in Cornerstone Crossing though... it was a few blocks from my apartment). I should mention that I've heard a few people say that before they moved into the apartments, they asked about the Crime Rate and they were told by Office Staff that they "are not allowed" to answer that question!! What?? Since when?? I would think they HAVE TO ANSWER that question!!



The Maintenance Staff has no clue what they are doing. I've had several issues that needed attention, and most of them required several visits because the 1st & 2nd person had no clue how to fix the issue. They only have 1 decent Maintenance Man, and that's about it.



I could go on-and-on about the problems with this place, but I'm not in the mood to write a book at this time. = ) Just remember, you have been warned about Cornerstone Crossing. If you should decide to move in, I wish you all the luck!!
