I have had 2 very good experiences with this business. The first time they came to my home (the day I called actually) and repaired my dishwasher for a VERY fair price. The second time (less than 3 weeks later) I called them back to try to fix my dryer which had stopped. The owner tested and tried several different things and unfortunately wasn't able to fix the problem.....he didn't charge me for the visit because of this. It was something that required a manufacturer rep to come look at unfortunately. He recommended a few people in town. When I called one of them THEY knew who he was and were surprised HE couldn't fix it and said how good HE was.
They were very fair and nice to me all along. They told me they would be able to come on a Monday and they actually called me before 9am that day to give me a window of when they would be out. This was helpful so I didn't sit around wondering all day. Good honest people and I would call them again without hesitation.

The service call is expensive $75 just for a diagnosis--15 minutes it took for mine. Okay fine. The service tech Ken contacted me to confirm appt. He was quick and polite enough. Then Rhonda the rep calls me after the appt, I guess trying to confirm appt, I inform her that he has already been here and gone and that he had already contacted me. She actual hung up on me. I didn't even get to finish my sentence. I will never again use this business and I will be sure to tell my friends and family about my experience. Expensive and rude!

Reliable, fast service! Family small business owned company! Fixed my dryer right away and very honost! Hard to find nowadays! Thanks Carris Appliances!
