All Pro Door

All Pro is an Excellent Company for Sales AND Service. I had a need to replace my 2 car garage door. I called 3 different places and found Joe at All Pro to be the most professional and accommodating in knowledge and price. His price was literally half of one of my estimates and $200 less than the other. The color is a perfect match; they made the appointment, delivered and installed the door the next day! The installer called ahead before coming, was quick, neat, professional, cleaned up any mess and the work he did was fantastic. Gave me some tips to watch for in the future, to maintain the door, as well as, used WD40 on the track to smooth the lift.The door is BEAUTIFUL and so much quieter!This company even installed extra bracings for the quieter lift and to guard best against wind damage at no extra cost. Further, they honored a competitor coupon for an additional $10.00 off the installation. I got everything I was looking for and more, dealing with these amazing people!

Thought service was good at 1st until after they left noticed cover for outside door control wsa missing.Not a real big deal till asked them about it and they said must of come off in the snow and for me to look for it myself.They would do nothing at all.Now it has been over a year and I noticed door is coming apart.They put the screws that connect arm of opener to the door into foam insides of door not into metal and used a washer to cover it up!Which of course took a while to loosen itself up.When I tried to explain this, I was blown off again.Told there was only a 90 day warranty.Wont come out unless I want to pay.Will be getting another company to look at this door and prove them at fault and will see what they say then.Good thing my wife is a Lawyer is all I can say!

I then called five other companies to compare emergency service quotes. To my surprise, only one of them answered the phone and that company gave me a price twice that of All Pro's.
