Waste of your time. They do not take your chronic pain seriously. They scheduled me today for a spinal nerve block. Hubby was forced to take a half vacation day (he now has 1 1/2 days left) because I was told I would not be able to drive home. We arrive and they say no, its just an MRI review appointment. Not what my appointment card said. If this was the case I would have made a morning appointment. This was my first experience with a pain management center and it sucked. I have been living with chronic back, neck, knee and hip pain since i was rear ended in 2009. i was apprehensive of a pain management center because most just throw drugs at people and that was not what i wanted,. Now I get to cry constantly until January when hubby has more vacay days because of such a lousy, incompetent staff who FAIL to make appointment reminder robo-calls. It was blatantly obvious to me that they would rather milk my insurance with idiotic appointments than to treat my pain.
