Texas Roadhouse

Grant, the manager is INCREDIBLE! My husband and I had our first date on Friday the 13th - 30 years ago. He made this anniversary the best ever. The food was fantastic, the staff was welcoming and our server was wonderful.

What we found that you don't see very often is a happy staff. Everyone in the kitchen as well as on the floor was in great spirits and it made the evening relaxing and enjoyable. We were never rushed and we truly enjoyed our meals.

For a great time and fantastic food, you must visit this restaurant!

Food was great! Even on the busy Friday night it did not effect our waitress or managers ability go give excellent customer service. Best experience i have had in a very long time. You do not see customer service like this anymore.

No matter shat time we arrive here, we always get seated in the back, I mean way back in the corner. We don't have small kids nor do we require much service. We always have to ask for different seating arrangements.

You come in order your drink den the food little by little comes out til the main course which I ordered the succulent full slab BBQ ribs so scrumptious

what criteria does Texas Roadhouse use to employ managers???

Many of my friends and colleaques refuse to frequent Texas Roadhouse in Columbus Georgia because of their lack of proper management of the kitchen.

It was brought to my attention the poor service and improperly cooked food that is being served to the customers. The kitchen assistant manager(Mr. Rodrigo Celis)spends much of his time floating between tables chasing after possible female prospects and ignoring loyal long term customers.

My experience in business has never brought me to a place where egos are being fed and not the patrons.

Several employees informed me that the former manager of Texas Ropadhouse in Columbus Georgia was fired for misappropriating funds of the business. Yet this very person is responsible for fabricating the false credentials (experience) that enabled Mr. Rodrigo to be hired.

we would like to see real kitchen managers managing our food.
