Hwy 31 Auto Repair & Towing

Took my car here to have exhaust work done. Got a call saying they had trouble getting a bolt off and wanted to charge me for a huge job instead.

Told them not to lay a finger on the car and Ill tow it away. Gave me attitude when I arrived to get the car. Ended up bringing it elsewhere where they had no problem getting the bolt off. They also said this place is known to rip off customers. Dont go here.

Was suppose to get work done n they charged me out the ying yang n still didn't fix it right more problems than started with I will never go back n will tell everybody not to go there

BE CAREFUL DON'T GO HERE. Biggest Crooks in the business, be careful when you deal with these guys. All's I am going to say is Karma will pay them a visit one day. I have found so many people that have been taken from these People. IF THEY HAVE A GOOD REVIEW ON HERE ITS FROM THERE FRIENDS OR THEY WORK THERE ! ! ! ! !

Took my truck there and said i needed a new oil pump charged me 1400 still don't work so I took it to another shop and they said the only thing they did was take off the oil pan the pump was not the problem i also took a car there 3 times for the same thing and they said it was something else each time it broke down again so I took it to a new shop and they said they were changing everything but what needed to be

Called about my vehicle and Tim was probably the rudest mechanic I've ever talked to. Don't go there.

They picked up my Tahoe in the middle of a horrible ice storm with their tow truck. They repaired my power steering in just a couple of hours, The price was reasonable. They saved this out of towner his vacation. I could not be happier with a couple of great guys

DO NOT TAKE YOUR CAR HERE!!!!! Every one of these reviews are true EXCEPT the Good ones. They said they Did work that was not done ( I had another shop look at the car after I picked it up) and Greg is the MOST Unprofessional Person on THE PLANET! Consumer Beware!!!

Took my car to get a key replacement. And one week and $325 later, my car is completely done for. The guy, Greg, is a totally scam artist. Go anywhere else except this place.

Went there to have my car fixed. Turned out to be a gasket and they worked with me on a payment plan and had it back to me in two days. Thanks:)

AVOID this place at all cost!!!! These guys are crooks. They did not replace parts which they said they did and they charged us for work that was not done. They gave us an estimate of $300, but we ended up with over $2,000 in charges and the car still did not run. We had to tow it to another shop who said the items on the invoice had not been done at all!!

Okay my sunroof broke down on me and i call around and they are the first people to respond so i say sure ill take it there GUYS NEVER GO HERE EVER they charged me $200 just to look at my sunroof no parts or work of any kind done to it all they did was put it forward which is the same thing i did before i even took it there and i did it for free and also they wanted an extra $200 just to seal in the sunroof since i wanted to take my car somewhere else to have it worked on cause i was tired of the BS so if you like your money and value good hard work never EVER go to this place

I had my car towed to this business because my clutch burned out on me. In their process of "fixing" my car they broke a piece and didn't say anything until we went to go talk to them about what they were trying to invoice us for. Not only did they break the piece but once we pointed it out they wouldn't fix what they broke unless we paid them to do so. Also they decided that they wanted to invoice us for work that we did not take the car in for. We finally decided that arguing with them over what was going to be done was useless so we had to argue with them to tow the car back to us. If none of that happened my rating would be greatly different.
