I'm extremely disappointed with the poor customer service and communication. He seemed at first to be a real go getter. Came out right away to do an estimate. Initially we set up a time but I had to reschedule the day came for him to come out on the reschedule date he didn't show I called him up and he said it was because I didn't called to verify fine that's fine. Please set it up for the following week the following week approached I called and told him that I would leave my front door open for him that I just had to run and take my husband to work he said it would be fine. I get back home no sign of him I wait around all day long still never showed up. I called and left several messages and still to this day no call back. I have to go out and find somebody else to install a wood burning stove in my house so that my family had heat. There is absolutely no excuse whatsoever before how poorly this company's customer relation is.

Last reviewer got his feelings hurt by the truth. I have used this company 3x and they have always saved me money and been helpful. Are they rough around the edges? Yes. but they know what their doing. The only problem is that they get backed up sometimes and when your appliances aren't working patience can be at a minimum for most of us.

I called them earlier today and spoke with a man that answered the phone at 3:08 pm. I explained to him the problem I was having and asked him if he knew what part i might need. (forgive me im a nurse, not in appliance repair.) He stated what i most likely needed, according to my my dryer's symptoms and as i was getting the model number for him, i hear him speaking in a berating belittling tone to someone else about me... "Stupid Ppl want me to diagnose over the phone, i cant be sure whats wrong with it if i aint looking at it" Well you RUDE infantile egomaniac..i asked for an idea...not an actual diagnosis! I was trying to get an educated guess on ALL of the fees so i had a ballpark figure as to replace or repair. I had planned on using this company's services for parts and repair if it was less expensive than replacing...well looks like thats NOT going to happen. I do NOT recommend this company. Im sure there are other companies that would gladly accept my money.
