Waverly Family Practice

I will NEVER go back to this office! The receptionist gave me the wrong address on the phone (as hard as that is to believe)! Then the receptionist I spoke to the day of my appointment was very VERY rude! She was more worried about telling me if I was late that I wouldn't be seen, than she was worried about trying to help me find the office. Then she spoke to the doctor while she was on the phone with me and I could hear the conversation and the (female)doctor soundedjust as rude! Even though I did end up being late because she told me I was traveling the correct direction down the road to the office I was actually traveling in the opposite direction. I told her exactly where I was and which way I was going and she said she knew where I was and to keep driving. Then she told me I didn't tell her where I was and acted like I was telling a lie. When I finally got to the office she acted like a different person and acted nice. I would not recommended this office to any one! Really I probably dodged a bullet, because if they would treat a new patient as badly as they treated me they must really be in the medical field for the wrong reasons!
