The delivery was not happened as promised 2 times. But I need to appreciate one manager at this location for exceptional service

Will never buy from this store ever again! Delivered the wrong mattress on a Thursday. Said they would bring the correct one the following Tuesday. Never heard from them with a time frame so we called Monday night and guess what?! We weren't even scheduled for Tuesday or any other day for that matter! Then they say they will come out that upcoming Saturday. Wednesday they call and confirm they're coming Saturday. Thursday they call and say they are no longer coming Saturday and it will be Tuesday the NEXT week! I guess their employer lets them just takes off work 4 days to get a non existent delivery... I will never spend a penny with this company ever again. This ordeal has caused them to lose a customer for life. Don't waste your time or money on this company.

We bought a bedroom set and a sectional about a year ago. The sectional arrived broken. The very first week the drawers began to get stuck. They came out very quickly to try and fix it, but I was told that the drawers had to be replaced. It took almost 8 weeks and they still had not contacted us. Once I called them they told me that it would take 6-8 weeks, so I called back 1 week later only to find out that the dresser and chest had to be totally replaced. Now the drawers are sticking again and the very top one on the chest has completely broken and no more warrenty. The furniture is very cheap and you get what you pay for.
