I would not recommend anyone use this facility or any Ultra Tan anywhere. From my bad experience, the company doesn't care about you. Let me explain with my story. After being a loyal patron for 6 months, I used the salon one afternoon and took off my small diamond necklace. I accidentally left the necklace on the stool and realized this approximately 1 hour later. I called the location immediately and was informed it was no longer there. Long story short, the girl working there changed her story a few times, saying she didn't see it, then she saw it, then someone else used the room after me, no one used the room after me, etc. I filed a police report since it was an expensive necklace. Nothing came of it and the girl ended up being fired days later, "not as a result of the incident/lied on her application". I wrote a letter to Ultra Tan Corporate and explained and asked for a resolution and they never responded to me. I called and they told me they couldn't do anything for me. I canceled my membership. This company was fine taking my money, then they screwed up and I was stolen from. They are only self serving and don't care about you, only getting your hard earned money. Chose somewhere else. You've been warned.
