Tire Kings

I was just there Friday am and they sold me a used tire for a good price. They are very pleasant and have great customer service. I would definitely suggest their services to any n all friends & family, can't beat the service or the prices! Thanks again to All the guys at Tire King, I will be back!!

I bought a used tire (with a so-called 30 day warranty) from these people on a Friday afternoon. Sure enough, by Monday morning, I had a flat, and ended up stranded. When I called Tire Kings and asked for a refund on the tire, they told me they don't do refunds; all they could do was replace the tire, or use the money I paid to make up the difference for a brand new tire (the cheapest new tire they had was $150.00!). A few days later, I went back to the business and showed them the faulty tire they sold me (which, by the way, had a hole in it and the threading coming loose on the sides). The man basically told me the rot was caused by a nail that was in the tire and driving on it after it was flat (there really was a nail in the tire; I didn't notice that until I took it back to them). When I asked to have the tire replaced, they said running over a nail isn't covered by the 30 day warranty. Are you kidding me? When I initially purchased the tire, they mentioned absolutely no exceptions or stipulations in the 30 day warranty! I was so angry that my money had basically just been thrown away, and I refused to pay for another tire. DO NOT do business with these people. Avoid them like the plague. The only reason they're getting one star is because I can't post this review without a rating. Don't ignore this review. It could prevent you from wasting money, or more importantly, seriously injuring yourself or being stranded on the road.

This business is great! Extremely professional and quick with their services. Had no problems at all.
