Sleep King

Their customer service is terrible and unfortunately gets nworse the higher up you go. I spoke with both owners and they are liers and world class a$$holes. It is ok to buy something from but if there is ever any problem you better know a lawyer or you can kiss your money good-bye.

Purchased bedroom suite and mattress from a catalog. Bedroom suite arrived broken and missing the bed. The bedroom suite was so cheap that it was broken in the box. I called the manger during delivery and said that I didn't want the suite and that the mattrress was too hard. He told me to keep the suite and try out the matrress. He said they would send another truck to pick up the suite and refund my money. As soon as the delivery guys left, he called back and told us that there would be no refund becuase the items were opened (by his delivery guys) and the truck had left. In short, I was scammed. I paid for a rock hard mattress without a bed and a broken dresser. It took 6 moths of fighting, etc until sleep king agrred to refund us for the bedroom suite (I still had to pay a restocking fee) and for them to exchage the mattrersss that we never slept on.

The employyes were nice. The owners are lying jerks. Please stay away.
