Providence Hospital

Service is very poor in the er. If your in pain you will be waiting almost three hrs before you get seen crazy

As a military spouse, its very hard to find at times good civilian doctors to accept Tri-care, but in this case, Providence Women's Health accept the insurance, and boy did they become money grubbing. When I use the term money grubbing, I meant that they falsed insurance documents on several occassions, place charges on my bill, and also charged me for doctors visits with other doctors that I never had interactions with. Another problem that I had to encountered was the front desk workers, were ghetto, and very rude, and unprofessional, on several visits, I even heard them used four letter words... (Profanity)...I found this to be disrespectful, since this practice is affiliated with Providence Hospital, which is suppose to be a Christian hospital, that is faith-based. Another issue, that HIPPA was violated where as a Medical Assistant made walked to the front to gossip about what was in my charts to the ghetto co-workers who work up front. I previous visit this practices two years ago, and it was totally a different scene, where as the people in the front desk were actually nice and professional, now since the front desk has went through a period where as the employees that ran the desk are no longer there...and a change for the worst has happen..... Another problem was that I was having when I was having an ultra sound, and the button fell off the machine, and I was like give me my medical records, b/c I was not going to trust anything else that was going to be said henceforth. Don't go there....
