        Overall

        Lack customer service I paid a claim only to find out I should not have it was covered by ins. Have been waiting over two months for refund.Every time I call to inquire am told a different story,so when I receive another bill I will give them the same answers takes time to post payment,refund takes 4 to 6 weeks to receive total BS.got a one star only because I had to give them something
