Loftis, Earl C Dr

I had a problem with the RX that Dr. Loftis gave me so I went back. Instead of checking my eyes again to be sure that the RX was correct, he proceeded to sit there and tell me why I was wrong and treat me like I were an idiot. Guess he's never heard that the customer is always right. My problem wasn't so much about him giving me the right RX as it was about the way I was treated. That man needs a better chairside manner. I took my RX back and left and won't go back and won't recommend him.. Guess that I'll have to wait till next year for a new RX, I'll just use my old one for now, even though I need a stronger RX because of cataracts.
