Wait times are horrendous! Waited with my wife over an hour from scheduled appointment. Went to the Northeast location.

You can never speak with a real person...only a voicemail. They don't always call you back within 24 hours.

The people upfront sit behind a closed glass enclosure which makes the experience very impersonal and uninviting in the waiting area. Plus they built their waiting room west facing with mostly windows so it gets extremely hot if your appointment is in the afternoon. There are no shades or blinds. Bad part is...it's a brand new facility in the Northeast Columbia area.

We're considering going somewhere since this is our second visit with our first baby coming and it's still the same.
