This bank consistently turns down low rate loans and credit cards using fictitious credit scores as an excuse. They tell customers their credit score is too low to qualify for the low rates sent out in the promotional flyers and emails. I used the same service as they did to get my credit report to apply for a car loan and they claimed my credit score was much lower than it actually was. This has happened twice. Even after I sent them the PDF of my report I got that same day they refused to give me the rate I qualified for.
