Family Dental

We are new to the area and were looking for a dentist. We received a flyer in the mail and decided to give it a try. I called on Thursday and was able to make an appointment for 1:00 the following day. We got there about 5 minutes until 1:00 and checked in and did our paperwork. About 1:45 no one had called us back so I asked if they knew how much longer it would be and was told not much longer. About 2:00 they called back a walk-in customer who didn't have an appointment who came in while we're waiting. About 2:15 I went back up to the desk and politely asked again and was told they were just now cleaning a room. By 2:30, after waiting an hour and a half for our appointment I went back to the desk and asked for them to refund my card, we were going somewhere else. When I did that she apologized and said sorry the doctor was stuck surgery. I understand things happen but for There to be 3 girls working at the front desk and not one of them said a word to me the entire time we waited, I feel is horrible customer service. I was given the run around both times i asked and the guy that walked in got to be seen before us? I will never go here again nor would I recommend them to anyone. The customer service was horrible.
