Copper River Grill

Where do I start. Well first by saying I will not be a repeat customer here. The orders were wrong and inedible. We had food delivered cold or not cooked properly. The manager could not grasp the concept of not returning to the table with more inedible food (three times to make potatoes and failing every time ) The table that came after us was served before us???? How does that work? Do not be fooled by the good reviews, there is NOTHING good here. I would give it zero stars but yelp wont allow it

I've given this place a few tries and each time it was less than enjoyable. The menu is limited and every salad with the exception to the overly salty Ceaser salad comes with pork and almonds. The first time I had she crab soup and caesar salad...the soup was too thick and the salad tasted like someone wasted a whole bottle of salt on it. Try number two I ordered pizza and was upset that the toppings were limited to what was on the menu which did not inlude spinach (my favorite). The last try was today, I ordered the Crab stuffed flounder. The fish tasted as if it was going bad and they smothered the fish with creamy sauce, which was good and the stuffing was descent, but not enough to cover up the essense of fish gone bad. I will not be going back again...my co workers seem to like this place for some strange reason.

Similar to California Dreaming but more casual. Steakhouse Nachos are def. yummy! 

Exceptional food and service. We are regulars, and other than the wait, we love going to Copper River. The prices are reasonable and the food is really good! There is something on the menu for everybody in my family. (They even substitute veggies for fries on the kids meals with no problems. My girls love the collard greens!) It is hard to pick a favorite, but the shrimp mac & cheese is definitely what I order the most... And they finally offer a sweet potato which comes with a sauce on the side that is SO good. Try the desserts too - they are huge and must be shared with at least two or three other people - but worth the occaisional splurge!

The time we had to wait was long and the place was not even busy. The food portions were small and over priced. The staff was uncaring and unfriendly. The management didn't have a clue what was going on. No one seemed to care about how the business was being run. There are many places in the same area to get good food and good service. Go to Copper River on Bower Pkwy only if you want to waste your time and your money.

My boyfriend and I decided to go to Copper River Grill on a whim....we are an interracial couple and we were treated as so....before we even walked into the place...all eyes were on us, I even spoke to one guy who kept giving us dirty looks....The servers were just as bad....they brought our food and didn't remove plates that we had finished using....when we asked for assistance since our waitress was MIA.....we got dirty looks and asked who our waitress was as if they were the only person working there that could serve us....My boyfriend's food was given to another table so he sat thru the entire dinner while the rest of us (another couple joined us) ate our dinner....when his food finally arrived, he asked them to place it in a to go box. When asking the waitress named Leanna for things such as napkins and the check….she gave us the cold shoulder and turned to face us as if we were bothering her….do not go to this restaurant….Customer service is horrible and your time and money would be better spent elsewhere.

Love the ice cream, and the mix ins...expensive, but for a treat every now and then, it's good.
