Still not satisfied with my truck got it back I would not recommend this shop to any of my friends thay have seen what I have been through with this shop now I will only use ford thanks for the expensive learning experience.

They charged me $70 for "diagnostic" after I told them the problem and what needed to be replaced. So replacing an $18 part that took less than an hour came to the total of $137. Enough said. Do not go here if you care about your money or having honest service

Prompt service and honest assessments. They even helped me with a warning light for free once. Highly recommended!

Can you offer engine carbon cleaning service???

Went in for a brake concern-my brakes where making noise. The manager at the front desk was friendly and quick to greet me when I walked in. Then the mechanic was very fast pulling my car in for inspection, then the manager came up with an estimate I was scared thought cause I was a young lady that they might try to take advantage and charge me more but the estimate was more less than I was expecting. To top it off Kevin the manager gave me a coupon for a discounted brake job for $129.99 What a deal...Custom has made a life long customer.....Thanks Guys

This place is a joke. Came in knowing what was wrong with my car and they came back with $1300. worth of repairs. All I came in for was front brake issues that were originally fixed by them to begin with less than a year ago. They had the nerve to charge me!!!!

I have never been so impressed! The folks at this Custom Complete not only did exceptional work on my car, but they took great care of me as a customer. Seriously, if you need anything done to your car, take it HERE! From my understanding, they do it all! ... and they do it well!
