Office staffers are completely incompetent. Scheduling appointments is a hassle, and it is clear that the schedulers simply don't pay attention as I was given the wrong appointment time twice. Asking for a referral is like asking for the original constitution. The information is there but no one can seem to provide it. Called each day for 3 days for the telephone number to the surgeon I was referred to. Still don't have it. It was easier to change doctors.
