        Overall

        My mother passed away in this facility in 2012. The first night she was there she said she had to go to the bathroom, the aide yelled at her tha she would have to wait. A 95 year old woman stage 4 liver cancer, she couldn't wait but had to wait for her bed to be changed. Also after she had passed I was cleaning out the closet, saw that a brand new nightgown I had bought for Mother's Day was in the bottom of the closet poop was wrapped in it. WHAT the HELL!! If you DON'T care about your family member by all means send them here!!!

        My father was poorly watched there. He got worse and worse. I was told it was because he refused to get out of bed and do his physical therapy. Then, after numerous questions with no answers and the doctor only seeing him one time in 11 days, we were told he would have to be sent home. We protested but go no where. We didn't even get in the front door of his home. He couldn't get out of the car, vomitted, and shook. We drove straight to the emergency room where they found he had sepsis, a blood poisoning disease from his severe urinary tract infection! Sepsis can cause organ damage, decline, and even death! His white blood count was over 25,000! He was also bone dry with dehydration! They had not even checked on why he was getting weaker and weaker and his urine was white and puss like. Terrible!
