Absolutely awful!!!!! They darkened my hair too much and then told me to wait a week that it would lighten up! They left red tones in when I specifically told Sami no red tones then told me today they could use a toner on it but it would cost me $40! They also said they would have charged me for the toner yesterday when my hair was done in addition to what I had already paid! AVOID!!!!
If that wasn’t bad enough, this is the response I received from the manager:
Have an awesome day and we are glad you aren’t coming back, we appreciate it. You were absolutely awful and your hair was beautiful when you left. We have before and after photos, we made sure to take them because you were so awful to deal with from the beginning. Thank you for taking your business elsewhere.”

There was absolutely nothing negative about my interactions with the stylist while I was there—nice conversation the entire time. I never got upset with the stylist, no angry words in spite of her not doing what I had asked. My hair was considered beautiful by them in spite of the fact it was nothing close to what I asked for and what I clearly said I absolutely didn’t want (red tones). I did get angry with the woman who called me back in response to my vm and email re needing to correct their mistakes. She was not in the salon whatsoever while I was there— the stylist and I were the only ones in the salon the entire time I was there.... I truly believe that Groupon customers are treated very poorly and that the woman I talked with was only trying to get more money from a Groupon customer, and it seems I’m not the only person who has had a similar experience as a Groupon customer of theirs.

Worst place I have ever been to. Had mani-pedi with gel that began to chip and peel after three days! When I called, I was given an appointment for a "redo". When I arrived they refused to do the service, saying they didn't have the time and would only redo one nail! Poor service and extremely poor customer service. Don't go!

Worse haircut in my life!

My hair was long and healthy and went to this place to get a new look and V shape haircut. Gina just chopped off my hair and did not know what she was doing. Before blow drying my hair she applied 5 different leave in conditioners. She knew that something was wrong and covered up by adding volume and not straightened my hair how I requested. She treated my hair like a mop, really rough. My hair is uneven, really short, greasy after all the products she applied, and nothing like the picture I showed her. It was a horrible experience!! I went home washed and straightened my hair and noticed the terrible job she did with my hair. I went back the next day to speak with the owner. The owner was present but busy with a client,so the manager talked to me. I was very polite with her and she treated me very rude and condescending. I asked to get my money back and she said "sorry no refunds". The only option she gave me was for Gina to fix her mistake cutting my hair up to my shoulders with a totally different haircut that I did not want. I showed her a picture of my hair and she took it to the owner and to Gina in the back of the salon and the owner's face was very disappointed and embarrassed about the situation. I refused to get a haircut and the manager reply "oh well it is what it is bye" . Gina hid in the back and never came out to talk to me and face her mistake. The manager does not know anything about customer service, because the customer is always right. With proof of a bad haircut they didnt accept that they were wrong. I feel they treated me unfairly because of my skin color and my accent. Wont recommend this place.

Nothing but awesomeness

I have had my hair done with Eric for the past 11 yrs and have never been disappointed or had a problem. Prior to Eric I jumped from salon to salon never satisfied. I even have talked to Eric about concerns that he was able to counsel me on and the results far exceeded my expectations. I have been going to them from a time when it was 2 stylest salon and watched it bloom into the awesome beautiful salon it is today with all kinds of talent, and will continue to see Eric even long after my hair has turned long and gray.

Worst Haircut EVER

When I first moved into the area, I was very excited to find a Paul Mitchell Salon! However, my highlights were awful, stripy and the wrong colors, and my haircut was an inch longer on the left than on the right (and no, I didn't ask for it that way). When I mentioned it to my stylist, she said I'd have to wait 7 days to get it fixed! When I told her that was unacceptable, she pretty much said she didn't care and no, she wouldn't refund anything. She'd fix it when she could get around to it and that was that. No discussion. Another girl in the salon did try to fix my haircut because she felt bad for me, but I had to pay another $200 to have my hair fixed at a different salon. This was by far the WORST hair experience I've ever had... and I move a lot.
