First lets talk about their deceptive review scheme. The majority of the positive reviews on Facebook are from current, former or family members of employees including the owners. These reviews happen to get posted shortly after a negative one goes up. This falsely inflates their star rating, giving people an untrue implied value of their service.12 of these reviews are disingenuous at best, deceitful at worst. Now on to why I started this review.

I am wheelchair bound. I rely on delivery services to assist when my family cannot.

On May 6th I wanted to order a special dinner for myself and my girlfriend.

I placed an order through grub hub this evening @ 6:15pm, their confirmation e-mail told me to expect my food @ 7:45pm.

I received a second email from Go-Waiter. It told me my order was submitted @ 7:04pm and my food would arrive no later than 8:14pm.

At 8:14 I called all 3 On The Border locations, they had received no such order.

I then called GrubHub, the company I had placed my order with.
