UCHealth Emergency Room - Powers

Had a very unpleasant experience. They just want your money. They do not accept medicare or payment plans. Just cash or Insurance. such a joke. You're better off driving a few more miles to St Francis.

Went to First Choice ER instead of emergency room on a Sunday night and we were so glad we did. Had an unexplained pain which could have been heart related. They were extremely professional, very complete work up in a short period of time ruling out any life threatening emergency and actually pleasant to deal with. Not like an overtaxed emergency room. Took a couple of hours instead of all night in ER. If it was an imminent threat - I am very confident they would have been able to direct the care just as efficiently. Would highly recommend.
