Provided by DexKnowsI have been looking for a good dentist for a long time. I have seen many but they all seem to be about the money and not the patient. Not Dr. Couchman. He took the time to consult with me and discuss my options with no pressure. Once I decided to have the work done the care he took was second to none. I will and have recommended him to all of my friends. You have a lifelong patient. Thank you for your compassionate care!

Provided by DexKnowsA bill that I had been making payments on went unresolved because they were applying the money I paid to my husband's bill and not mine. One of their office representatives called my job demanding payment. When I asked to call her back so that we could speak about the matter privately she said that she would send my bill to collections and hung up on me. I had never been treated so horribly by someone I had chosen to give my business to. I will make it a point to tell everyone I know about their horrible business practices.
