Concentra Urgent Care

I had called on Monday 8/4/21 and spoke to Jenn, asking her if DOT physicals and agility tests could both be done on a walk-in basis, and was assured that they both could be done.
I arrived at the W Bijou location just before they opened the next day and was asked what I was seeing them for. After telling the receptionist, I was handed the standard paperwork to fill out, which I did.
After looking over the paperwork, I was then told that the tests could not be run there due to a missing number of some kind and that I could either come back the next day, the following week, or go to another location after being assured there was no issue.
As employment was dependent on this, I opted for another location, where I was subjected to a 3 hour wait before being called back. If the staff at W Bijou were not incompetent, I would have been completely finished before I was seen at the other location.
