I generally see Dr. Z but he was not in the office today. So I saw Dr. Kent. All I can say is "fantastic." Great sense of humor, understood my concerns, presented alternatives to care very well. This restored my faith in this practice as the collections policy was a bit archaic and stricter than other medical practices (I am used to paying upon exit, not half up front). Plus, the respect for my time is not always appreciated as it took over half an hour to see the doctor.

Horrible office! I strongly suggest no one steps foot in this place, the office staff are rude and incompetent. I've never been treated so bad by a doctors office before.

My wife and I have been going to aspen creek for about two years. Almost impossible to get an appointment unless you make it months out and then they have an issues when you have to change it. I think it's a real problem when your nurse practitioners are better, more available and follow up unlike the doctors. I have had blood work ordered wrong and over prescribed vitamins to toxic levels (term they used). The front desk people are rude and should not be dealing with people. Maybe if you order the right test, have orders ready when people call ahead to have them ready and give the correct information upfront people may not be so aggravated.
