Applebee's

After 10 years of dining at this restaurant every Tuesday night, I won't be coming back to this restaurant. Our meal didn't come out of the kitchen for about 30 minutes after we ordered. The food was cold and the 2 entrees which had a cheese sauce, had a congealed cheese sauce. It was hard. The menu said we would get bread. When we asked about the bread, the waiter who brought the food said he would get it. Ten minutes later our waitress showed up and said the bread was coming. We never did get the bread. My drink was never refreshed even though my glass was empty right after the food came out. The waitress was NOT busy and spent a great deal of time talking to the person who seats people as they come in. We couldn't even find a manager to speak to and our waitress was a little cold. I think we were bothering her. As said before, we have been meeting friends at this location for over 10 years and we have never been given this kind of service. When we had a problem in the past it was immediately taken care of.
