Colony Community Diner

I just found the Country diner a couple of weeks ago and I have not only been back over 5 times but have taken my parents with me! Great food and great prices! The staff are all very friendly and seem glad to see you come in the door. It is a small place however so get there early or after the lunch rush. They serve breakfast all day, except I think, saturdays (they close at 4pm, except fri. and Sat.) and they have a lunch special each day that usually comes with a nice little salad bar. I have tried several things there and have enjoyed each one..my personal favorite is the 'patty melt'. If you want it on rye you have to ask, however I am glad that I did NOT know that because the way they serve it was just wonderful! I also like the breaded pork sandwich alot, it is a little dry so ask for extra mayo!

Country Diner is a very tasty restaurant to eat at. The food is excellent and just as great as you might get in a bigger city. Management and the wait staff will help make your visit a wonderful day in Colony, KS. Prices are real reasonable and you won't regret that you ate there.
