Dr. Jerry D. Patton, DO

Sad thing is, Dr. Patton is awesome! He's very polite and has always treated my family with respect. His staff on the other hand, they are completely ridiculous. Honey, in particular. She makes even the smallest things very difficult. She has always been very rude, and has even cussed at me while on the phone. Very unprofessional and I will be writing reviews on every website I can find that will listen to what I have to say. While sitting in the waiting room you can hear the receptionists talk badly about patients. She makes everything everyone's business, and I assume she's just being nosey. I have been going to this office for seven years, and I will never be returning. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL. Not to mention, Collinsville is a very small town, he never has that many patients. The office is outdated and smells terrible. The wait times have always been extremely long, and the doctor seems to be in a hurry all the time. I would think Dr. Patton has higher standards than "Honey"

Doctor Patton is a good doctor but the front desk help is RUDE and careless, has a better than you attitude and she asks questions that are none of her business. I believe her name is the opposite of her personality!For her I will never return to Collinsville family clinic and I'm not the only one that feels this way!
