Riverbend Taxi

This company went WAY above and beyond for me in a last minute jam I was in. I would recommend them to ANYONE! Robert was AWESOME to work with and I cannot praise him enough! Thank you so much!!

Booked them for an early morning pick up for service to airport. Waited 15 minuets past scheduled pick up time. Driver was a NO SHOW. No calls, or messages of any kind. Just a NO SHOW. Ended up having to drive myself to airport. I DO NOT recommend using them.

The driver was friendly, the cost was exactly what he said it would be. They were on time and the van was spotless. I would and probably will do business with again.

Pros: The taxi driver was on-time.

Cons: The taxi cab smelled like a dirty ash tray. Their pricing methods are questionable. They are flat out overcharging for taxi rides. The sign in the taxi states "$5.00 base fare, $5.00 each additional passenger, and $2.00 per mile." I was the only passenger and my total trip was less than three miles. The driver put $10.00 on the meter before the trip started. The total bill was $19.20. That math doesn't add up. The dispatcher was also rude when I called to make the appointment.
