They are nice until they make the sale, but don 't expect them to care about you afterwards. We have bought a whole house full of carpeting from them when we built our house. When we recently called them about a carpet restretch/refasten issue (for which we would pay, it's not a warranty problem) we were told that they were very busy and we should call someone else. Most merchants would show some dedication to repeat customers, but apparently not Mr. Lombardi.

Lombardi Interiors was fantastic! We were looking for a specific tile for our kitchen and they not only found exactly what we wanted but helped our installer with every detail on how to install it. They had great communication and follow up as our project progressed. Lombardi Interiors provides personal service professionally.
