Such wonderful locksmith service! I am quite happy with the work.

As soon-to-be transplants to south Jersey, we walked into Sapori with no reservations on a busy Saturday night and still received a warm welcome. The food is luscious and not the run-of-the mill Italian. The chef/owner, Franco, is from Italy and the food admirably reflects his heritage. The menu items are great and the specials are truly special: I love the mussels, but my dining partner had a calamari stew appetizer(a special) that was divine. My main course that same night was gnocchi(small and fluffy pillows of pasta in a delicious ragu), but my dining partner chose a special -- a rabbit ragu over homemade pasta that topped my entree, which was quite memorable.



I'm just sad that Franco no longer offers a tasting menu -- we did this on one occasion, and it was such a treat(albeit more food than was needed) to eat in a truly Italian fashion. The atmosphere is pure trattoria - unpretensious and comfortable. The wait-staff is friendly and knowledgable. We have seen and spoken to Franco on every trip we have made to Sapori, and he has alway made us feel like very welcome guests in his own home. When you go, don't forget to BYOB -- Collingswood doesn't have restaurants with liquor licenses. A surprise to us!
