Quality Medical Equipment

I was in Cordova on a business trip and discovered on my first night that I had forgotten a piece for my C-Pap which is critical for its operation. Needless to say, I did not sleep well that night. After a web search, I called several places during my lunch break the next day. I was ultimately referred to Quality Medical Equipment. I had the good fortune of speaking with Sarah and discovered they had the piece I needed. However, I did not have a clue how I would get there to purchase the item before closing time. Sarah offered to run the piece by my hotel saying it was on her way home!! I was beyond grateful. Sarah was wonderful and turned my business trip around from disaster to success!!! Thank you, thank you, thank you, Sarah. And God bless!!

Rebecca and Sarah are top notch and customer oriented. I needed a nebulizer machine and they were so very pleasant and explained how to use it. Rebecca told me that there was a 5 year warranty on my machine and if I had any problems with it, to please bring it back to them for a full replacement! She even put a copy of the invoice and attached her card and placed it in the box for my convenience. For the people that had "issues" with this company....might want to look in the mirror at to where the problem lies.....

To Mr. booismycat I myself just moved states( to the Memphis area) and could not find someone to take care of my CPAP Machine and supplies. I called QME and talked to Erin and said that she would help me with anything the that she could, and she did I have a NEW CPAP machine and CPAP supplies (the machine was exchanged by QME and it was not originally supplied by them) So Mr. Booismycat instead of being mad at QME you should be mad at your new DME supplier since they just did not go out of their way to help you, because from the moment that I called and talked to staff at QME they were nice, polite, friendly and most important PROFESSIONAL!!!! So I would recommend QME to all my friends I will continue to do business with them since Erin has gone out of her way to HELP me THANK YOU QME!!!!!!! Love the service

QME is the standard in patient care. The staff is knoweldgeable, helpful and the customer service is top notch. They go above and beyong for their customers. Once you are a QME customer, you are a customer for life. I was shocked to read the previous review. They are good local people doing an excellent job, especially in customer service.

Find another provider!

I received a CPAP machine from Quality Medical Equipment in Collierville, TN in 2011. In 2012, I moved out of state and then I had problems with my CPAP. I called QME and talked with Erin. Initially, she tried having me change settings and when that did not work, she told me that I would have to call Respironics to get a replacement. She also gave me an 888 phone number to call. This number was NOT for Respironics but for Panasonic. Panasonic gave me the correct phone number to call and Respironics as well as the medical supply company in my local area both stated that QME should have handled the replacement and the Erin at QME should have known that the manufacturer does NOT deal directly with the customer regarding repairs and/or replacements.
