I was in severe pain when I called in to make an appt. The appt. was not to be until the following week but I believe the nice lady could hear I was in a great deal of pain and ask if I could get there right away and I told her in 15 - 20 minutes. The staff and doctor took me right in and took care of my tooth problem that day. This was the best experience I have ever had with a dentist office. Everyone was great!

I had my bottom left and right wisdom teeth removed. The staff made me feel relaxed and the phone call from Dr Tye was a step up. Normally the Dr is to busy to call and check on you.

First, I would like to say I value customer service very high because of the company I work for. The customer service here was wonderful as soon as you walk in the door. Actually as soon as I made that first phone call all the way through me leaving out the doors of my follow-up appointment. The website was very informative and easy to navigate. Last but not least, the experience was mind blowing. I did not feel like I had surgery at all. Everyone was very detailed with the steps that was going to be taking before, during and after the procedure. Overall incredible experience!! Even Chick-Fil-A would be impressed.
