IPCS is an Owner/Operator contracting firm specializing in interior remodeling and new construction. Our projects range in size and include custom furniture fabrication and installation, paint projects and general cosmetic upgrades, plumbing and electrical projects, and our specialty, complete gut renovations. Our company, which also provides professional architectural and design services, represents a combined 30 years of hands on experience in the remodeling business. We are a small team of skilled, detailed oriented and creative remodelers who provide high-end, customized living spaces to people who expect excellence, attention to detail, and plain old good workmanship. Above, that's me, Frank Miano, the principal owner and care taker of all things IPCS Corp. It is my job to make sure your project is running smoothly from beginning to end to coordinate with and manage all of the moving parts that are required to keep your project on track. Also, I am responsible for the business end of things -that means running the business and keeping it healthy, so you and your investment are always protected and in good hands. At the other end of the spectrum is my partner, Vincent Zirillo, he represents the muscle end of the organization. With a broad set of trade skills and extensive knowledge of the remodeling process, Vincent breathes life into the project by managing the production of side the process.
