I've been seeing Dr. Rattner and his wonderful office staff for years (since 1993). They are efficient, timely, gentle and helpful. I feel bad that the two bad reviews said they got bad service here, we have never had one bad experience here. Drs. Rattner and Byun are both deaf, and the entire office speaks American Sign Language, so they are a fantastic resource for the deaf community.

Bad attitude to the customer!!

The charge is too high, the customer service is horrible, the doctors' skills are ok but over-charge you!

I CALLED THESE OFFICES ON AN EMERGENCY TYPE BASIS AND WAS ABLE TO BE SEEN BY DR. RATTNER. THIS OFFICE IS COMFORTABLE WELL-STAFFED AND PROMPT.
