Not happy with these apartments. Boyfriend and I needed a place asap and this was the only place with an open spot. We paid a large amount of money (too large) per month for a small apartment. Not to mention, I could hear EVERYTHING through the cheaply built walls. I understand that living in an apartment, it's always something to deal with, but I could hear the guy upstairs piddling into his toilet bowl water when I was brushing my teeth, and their phone vibrating on the upstairs kitchen counter when I was in my kitchen. Not to mention the rude management, brushing off any issue you had with "not our problem"'s and "nothing we can do"'s. To make things worse, we paid over 1,200 in deposits and- yes we had a spot on the carpet the dog got to- but they said we had excessive staining throughout the entire apartment (didn't even try to shampoo- which by the way is against the lease for us to shampoo ourselves). We had the regular wear and tear carpet stains-nothing out of the usual. They charged us to get brand new carpet throughout the WHOLE APARTMENT. We ended up being charged over 650 for repairs. Absolutely ridiculous. Will not recommend to anybody.

These apartments are way overpriced, considering that they were thrown together with the cheapest materials and very shoddy work. The management are snobs. What amenities do they have to offer? Fitness center? No, the couple cheap pieces of equipment in a room the size of your living room is not a fitness center. Dog park? It's just an awkwardly shaped corner of the property that they couldn't build on. Covered parking? Mine was up the hill behind another building.

They'll be very warm and friendly before you sign the lease, politely cold and condescending after you move in, and will show their true character once you give them move out notice. They will get as creative as possible to run the bill up to not only justify keeping our deposit but claim that we 'owed' them almost $500. That was the cleanest I've ever left an apartment and it was also the first time that I didn't get at least a portion of my deposit back.

Moved here because they allow to full grown dogs. If there were other places in the area that did this I would leave. The managers are terrible every time you go to them with a problem they say the same thing every time that they are understaffed and their not sure when they can get to the problem. Their Garages are not automatic... Some of you might say to yourself I don't care but when your paying extra for the things you don't want to have to get out of the car every day after work just to put the car away. It just blows me away first time seeing an apartment complex with garages that were not electric. Theres other annoying things like the mailing address that confuses delivery men or how the interior of these apartments must have been designed by idiots because the way they use space is just stupid. Any ways if I can find another place I will leave immediately should never have moved here.
