Metro Express Car Wash

The other day when I used Metro my car jumped the rollers that move the cars outside. I then got hit from behind by a large truck.. I had 3 grandsons with me & before the ordeal was over all of us had been accused in some way of causing the car to go off track. The video the office manager showed me of the incident showed no brake lights coming on & nothing on my part of causing the car to go off and get hit. There was a car in front of me that had a cracked bumper & very large pieces of fiber glass was were whipping back & forth on that car while it was being washed. I believe it was very likely pieces broke off of that cars bumper and got into rollers that move the cars. Corporate was , well....very corporate and didn't care about my car or me. The car got damaged on their facility, there was video showing no wrong doing on my part & now I am stuck with a $500.00 co pay from Metro Express in Coeur d Alene.. I highly recommend not using this facility.
