This company provides excellent customer service and I was very pleased with the help that they were able to provide for me when I was in a jam!In regards to JJ-3's comment, I can understand your frustration of having someone else on your title, however, you still remain on the title, but they must obtain a lien on the vehicle in order to do the loan. They do this to everyones vehicle -- Just like any car lot or bank would do to it. Did you not understand the papers you were signing???

Girls were very helpful, explained all of the paperwork including the title lien process and the contract in detail. The only place I found that actually provided more than 30 days to pay the loan back and a payment plan to make it easier. I had a fairly large loan and if I made my payments on time I got a 10% discount on my interest each month. It was great and helped on getting the loan paid off faster. Wouldn't go anywhere else if I needed to do this again.

They take the title of your car and change it, to make themselves the legal owner of the car on the title. They didn't tell me they would be doing this. so I am very dissatisfied with them and how they run there company.
