Bonsai Bistro

The food is good however they are extremely overpriced and their service is deplorable. I have a severe allergy to tobiko but love cooked sushi. Several times I have gone there and informed my server of this allergy and it never fails, they put it on my food anyway. The last time it happened on the 20th of October 2012 we had ordered take out. We got the order home and opened the packages and low and behold... Tobiko was all over my sushi. We called to complain and were told that if we didn't come back to get replacement rolls there was nothing they could do. We live 45 min away from the restaurant and I was not going back. They refused to refund our money on something we couldn't even eat. I will never go back to that place. They aren't worth the trip. I'd rather go to shogun in Spokane. to get
