If I could possibly give a "no star" rating, I would. The owner was absolutely rude to my sister, causing her to leave in tears and completely upset. She was never informed of the ridiculous return policy for items - in store credit. What I'd like to ask, what we did ask the owner was how was that to help my sister with her needing diapers (cause Babies and Beyonds diapers sucked, hence the return). Do you really think people have the extra money to go and spend? Absolutely ridiculous!

I believe the bad review because we just had the same experience. The owner was rude and condesending. She lied about the return we would get on our purchases of large items and they were brought back in the same if not better shape. I take pride in making sure I take care of things and clean them knowing another child will be using them. My family has spent a good deal of money at her establishment. she is nice when she is selling to you and good at making money. I can't believe she can treat customers this way and not care if they return. I am looking for another place to do business. I don't appreciate being treated that way after spending that much money and will NEVER walk in her store again.

I can't belive this review. I have been going to Babies and Beyond for about 4 years or more. I do trades on a regular basis and she is alway very kind and fair. In fact I have been to other places and I know I get way more for my trade ins at babies and beyond. I do agree she is picky and thats what I like about the store. You don't have to rumage through a bunch of bad stuff, it's just all good. Maybe thats why you got upset cause your clothes wasn't of the condition or quality for the resale store. I don't know but I can tell you one thing that lady is always nice.

The owner lady was very rude and inconsiderate, the things are way over priced. And there trade in policy is not very good, she is Very picky and only takes brand new items and only wants them for cheap! Is she crazy, i have never met a more rude owner in my life. Ugh, i would never recommend this place to ANYONE. Unless you want to get jipped or cheated out of your money.
