The reason why I have been going back to Full service van lines is the fact that they are just amazingly reliable. They have relocated my valuables 4 times now and they have always delivered my valuables unharmed. That is a damn good achievement! It does help when they charge me such low prices for the amazing movers they keep sending. Each crew I have worked with has amazed me with their skills and efficiency. While people keep complaining about their moving companies, I can put my faith in these guys blindly.

I have been relocating regularly for the last 8 years and I always hire a moving company to handle my move. But none of them measured up to the standards of Full service van lines. This company just blew my mind with their helpful customer service, experienced crew and reasonable prices. It’s a combination that is so rare in the moving business. But somehow Full service van lines managed to provide amazing services at such low costs. None of my valuables suffered any damage while they helped me move and they maintained their timings throughout.

I have hired so many people complaining about how pathetic the moving companies are. Sadly, I can’t join their club. I hired full service van lines for their low quote. I was expecting the worst but they really delivered the best. They arrived on time and were meticulous at packing everything so carefully. I asked them specifically to take care of my glassware and they did just that. When I received the delivery, I was ecstatic to see all my glassware was delivered unbroken. I wonder why people even bother going for any other moving company.

The movers I had hired in the past were such armatures. They had no coordination among them. The same can’t be said about full service van lines though. Their crew was made up of professional, trained and organized people. They worked very cooperatively with each other, picking up where the other one left off. It was an amazing move and not one item of mine suffered any damages during this process. Thanks a lot guys.

I have hired full service van lines three times now, the last time in July. They were very efficient every time. The movers are extremely punctual, both during arrival and delivery. It’s always a treat seeing these men at work because they make it seem so easy. They boxed up my stuffs very carefully and then loaded them onto the vans. My furniture was carried with caution so they don’t end up damaging the floors or walls. I have a lot of respect for the crew and I always request for the same movers. I recommend this company highly.

We talked to many moving companies and finally hired full service van lines only because their quote seemed the most rational. I wasn’t expecting much from them given the low estimate but they really surprised me. The movers arrived right on time to start moving our stuffs. They wasted no time in packing everything neatly. The whole thing was done in just 3 hours. I have rarely seen such efficiency before in my life. The delivery was made on time and all my valuables traveled very well. I will definitely hire them again.

We hired full service van lines to transport our valuables 3 months ago. They gave us a very reasonable quote. The movers arrived 20 minutes early for the appointment. The boys worked very fast and efficiently. They spared no details. The whole process took just under 3 hours and then our stuffs were on their way. We received the delivery right on the pre-scheduled date and the inventory list checked out. Nothing was broken or damaged. This move could have taken a serious toll on us but instead it turned out to be so easy.

My wife and I are dedicated hoarders and so full service van lines had their work cut out. They had to pack a lot of stuffs and it certainly wasn’t an easy job. I did warn them beforehand. The crew came prepared. The 5 men worked tirelessly for 6 hours packing each and every useless thing we have hoarded. They didn’t even ask for any breaks. After 4 hours, I just had to buy them lunch for how hard they were working. The foreman was very friendly and helpful. We are very satisfied with the services they provided us.

I’m grateful to full service van lines for making my first move so easy. They gave me an amazing quote and sent over four movers. It wasn’t really too hard to communicate with them. They were experienced enough to know what to do and how to do it. They very efficiently packed up all my belongings and then loaded them on to the truck. I wasn’t sure if all my stuffs would fit into that one truck, but they quite easily managed to do it. Even the delivery was made on time and none of my stuffs were broken or damaged. Their experience with moving really saved my day!

I hired full service van lines to move my stuffs last July. Frankly all I did during the move was to drive to my new house. Everything else was taken care of by these guys. They arrived on time, came fully prepared and worked like machines. They wrapped all my breakables with great care. Even my furniture was wrapped in shrinking tape. I must say, they used a lot of tapes. But it was free! They delivered everything on time and my valuables were completely unharmed. It really was a perfect move!

I will never understand why some people wrote bad reviews about this company. When I called full service van lines, they seemed quite reliable. The customer service seemed friendly enough. They quoted quite reasonably too. The crew arrived 10 minutes early on the moving day. They took exactly 1 hour and 20 minutes to pack up my 2-bedroom apartment. I had to pay them for the whole 2 hours though. That’s a small price to pay for how managed to deliver all my valuables in great condition and on time.

Full service van lines charges very reasonable hourly rates. This is the reason why I highly recommend them. You might be wondering if paying less means they care less for your valuables. The truth is, with full service van lines, you get the same efficient services of an expensive moving company but almost half of the price. All my stuffs were perfectly transferred from Miami, FL to Nashville, TN by these guys and they displayed very good organization among the movers. Their vehicles were top of the line and I was very impressed by their packing skills. There is no reason why you should not hire this company.

Unfortunately, the elevator at my old apartment decided to give up on my moving day. Half the time the movers were carrying my stuffs down 5 sets of stairs. I felt so bad for them. But the men really took it in strife and kept doing their job. Both they and I were really relieved when the elevator came back to life. The whole move went very smoothly from there on. They made the delivery right on time to the other end. I tipped the men very well obviously!

Moving 20 years of hoardings is not easy! But full service van lines really made it easy. My 5-bedroom house took two shifts to be wrapped into boxes and then onto a van. But the movers seemed quite energetic. They worked for 2 days and so we really became cordial to each other. They were just such a friendly bunch! They delivered everything in a week as requested. They unpacked, assembled the furniture and put them in place. It really was a mammoth effort by the boys!

Full service van lines handled my move. The fact that I’m here pretty much proves that I was very pleased. These guys are amazing. I have hardly seen such hard workers before. All three movers were very creative with the packing process and very efficient throughout the loading process. I wasn’t fully convinced of their efficiency till all my stuffs were delivered in perfect condition. I got lucky with this company and I’m happily writing a recommendation for them.

The moving company I hired in the past was an absolute disaster. They ripped me off big time. So this time when I had to move, I wasn’t going to hire inexperienced movers. I hired Full service van lines for their reputation and they really delivered what was promised. They didn’t charge me ridiculously and even there were no hidden costs at the end of the move. They were punctual, both on the moving day and for the delivery. My stuffs have traveled so well that nothing was damaged during this journey. I am very satisfied with the overall performance of this company.

i can only assume that all the 5 star comments below are purchased. i was moving from NJ to TX and had gotten numerous overpriced qoutes. saw all the purchased 5 star reviews and hired this company. wow what a mistake that was. i was told thatdue to usual traffic of the highway they would only guarentee my requested delivery date within 2 days. ie i requested the 24th that at the latest it would be delivered the 26th. 24th + 2 weeks later my stuff had not moved from NJ. i finally had to get a lawyer to contact them and then my stuff finally started to move from NJ. arriving an additional 2 weeks later a total of 4 weeks from my requested delivery date. the initial 2 weeks they stated that the window was 2 weeks not 2 days. calling customer support resulted in little or nothing getting done as they would say they would call me back and 80% of the time fail to callme back. buyer beware on this company. when my stuff finally did arrive boxes were broken and taped back together and some furniture was broken. it really would have been cheaper to fedex everything to myself and it wouldhave arrived on time and in better condition. this company fails on all levels

Do not hire these irresponsible "movers"!!!!!!!



I unfortunately did not have anyone to warn me about them when I contacted them back in May and have been living A nightmare ever since!!!



To start, the driver was more worried about getting in my pants than doing his job!!!! He didn't even have the paperwork and tools needed to complete his job!!! I had to take pictures of the paperwork I went to the library to pick up !!!! Then during the pick up, I was charged for extra inventory which were a few boxes from the original inventory and the driver, Ivan Lugo tried charging $600 extra. When I questioned how he calculated this, he said "Ima give you a discount and only charge $295". Where Did he get $600 from?!?!? The fact that he couldn't explain the charges to me, and also the fact that he had been talking about ripping off other customers in the past, raised a flag!!!!!!!



That's just the beginning!!!



My furniture was picked up 6/4/15 and it is now 8/10/15 and nothing has arrived!!!!! The last time I heard from "Shawn" the head dispatcher was on 7/20/15 and he has yet to respond to my emails or return my calls to provide an update. It's so bad that I have to block my number or call from another phone so they can answer my calls!!!! I call and speak to their secretary (some guy who just answers the phone and takes messages and can't even provide you with any info) and I can clearly hear Shawn in the background every single time!!!! Yet I'm told Shawn is in the warehouse and will call me back.... 3 weeks later and still waiting for that call back!!!!!



I am so tired of trying to contact them I've almost given up at this point!!!!! I've not only given these crooks over $2000 at this point, I've had to sleep on an air mattress for over 2 months, with someone who has back problems and is going to therapy for it weekly!!!! This is ridiculous!!!!



I've tried to keep calm and not put their business out there but at this point, I've had it!!!! Maybe this review will get their attention... or the one on the BBB site...Or CONSUMERAFFAIRS.COM.... Or RIPOFFREPORT.COM.. Or MOVINGCOMPANYREVIEWS.COM...Or MYMOVINGREVIEW.COM...Or MOVINGSCAM.COM...Or MOVERREVIEWS.COM....Or PROTECTYOURMOVE.ORG....and every single site I come across!!!!!! The list goes on!!!!!



Better yet, maybe when my lawyer contacts them... Maybe then will I get a straight forward and realistic response along with my furniture!!!!!!



Trust me Full Service Van Lines.... I will see you good for nothing thieves in court!!!!! And God forbid you maliciously ruin, destroy and/or lose my furniture because I'm writing reviews about your "service" over 2 months after your empty promises, I will own this company by the time I'm done with you!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I have to take a few minutes to thank Full Service Van Lines for such a great move experience! They were referred to me by a friend but I still proceeded to get 3 estimates. I find it difficult to believe some of the negative reviews are legitimate because I could not be happier! Sales was always knowledgeable and motivated to help. I rarely see a group of people take such pride in their company and their profession. I was very stressed about the move but FSVL was patient with me and offered advice, etc.. My sales rep was always available for me around the clock so I felt important. On pick up my items were carefully loaded and I was able to see exactly what my volume was right then! Now that I have been delivered,,, I will highly recommend FSVL!! Phyllis E.

After posting a request for move service online I was basically harassed by tons of movers. I spoke with at least 5 different companies and was able to weed out the bad ones right away. movers were all bad mouthing each other it was interesting really but soon just got annoying. Honestly Full Service Van Lines was the ONLY mover that didn't do that. They were not pushy but asked tons of important questions regarding my move. Right away I got the impression they wanted my move to go well for both parties involved! I was picked up then delivered in a timely manner as promised. No added charges!
