I had to move across town from a 3 bedroom house. These guys were great. They showed up in time and worked very quickly and efficiently to get the job done. They were friendly, quick and helpful. They carefully wrapped and packed all my belongings and smoothly placed them on to the truck. I recommend full service van lines and would use them again.

This was by far the best and smoothest moves I've ever had in the past 10 years and I have moved 6 times in that time frame. The customer service was outstanding and called/emailed to confirm the appointment and even followed up with me after the move to ensure that our move went well. I used full service van lines to move me from Jacksonville, FL to Atlanta, GA. I had a full packing service included and could not have been happier with the guys from full service van lines. They came out the previous day of my move and packed all my cupboards and delicate items, ready for move. Each box was clearly marked, making it easy to place in the right rooms of my new house. On the moving day itself the movers turned up on time, and were very keen to get started as quickly as possible. I was very impressed with how easy they made the move look, it felt like no time and we were in our new house with a cup of tea. It was first class service by the guys from full service van lines. We used full service van lines for our move from Miami, FL to Memphis, TN and found them to be excellent service and good value for money. We exchanged a few emails with their sales guy and he was always prompt to reply and answer our queries. They had no problem by the fact that we lived on the third floor and they were not allowed to use the elevator to carry the furniture. They were very helpful regarding everything and we found them to be dedicated professional outfit. They know their job very well and were ready to accommodate our requirements, this is exactly the type of service you need when moving house and we would definitely use them again and recommend them.

Due to various issues my move date had to be changed several times and they were patient and helpful throughout. They came to our house in the previous day with the boxes, plenty of bubble wrap, tape and tissue, and packed all our stuffs very nicely. Moving is always stressful and unfortunately on the day, the elevator of my apartment was out of order so they had to drag all my stuff down three flights of stairs. They didn’t complain, were incredibly helpful, cheerful and professional. They worked their socks off to get everything out as quickly as possible and were so careful with some very fragile items, which I certainly appreciated. And, not one thing was broken. Can't thank full service van lines enough - reasonable price and worth every penny!

These guys were great! They called me two hours before they were set to arrive. They showed up on time, with three guys and a HUGE truck to move all of my things. We were moving into a newly remodeled home with the original hardwood floors and I was very nervous about damaging the fresh paint and refinished floors. They were GREAT, fast, and took care of my new home and my belongings. I would use full service van lines again... but hopefully not for a while!

Full service van lines moved our possessions when we bought a house (needed some renovation) and they organized the move of everything- from children's toys to silver objects to art work. They brought all the boxes and packing materials, and took great care with our stuffs, specially the fragile items. We had to change the schedule twice because completion of renovations kept changing and they were flexible on moving dates. We were very satisfied with the move, they sent a big and skilled team to pack up and move. They were done within very short time, very courteous and honest. This is the first review I’ve ever written but was called to do so because full service van lines was so great! The movers showed up early who worked out well for me but they were clear that if I wasn't ready they would wait and start at the agreed time no problem. They were really nice and professional and they worked very fast and super hard, were accommodating to all my various requests to do things this way or that, didn't damage anything and on the move in put everything exactly where I wanted it, even when that meant moving a few of the larger pieces a couple times. Totally worth every dime!

We moved with these guys last month and are only now getting around to the review. I have moved several times in the last 12 years, and truly, full service van lines was the most efficient and well organized company I have used. They deemed some of our self-packed stuff inappropriately wrapped, and we had them re-wrap it. Nothing broke in the move and they were kind, courteous and respectful throughout the whole process. Also, no hidden extras which was new for us!

We booked full service van lines for my parent's move from Miami, FL to Dover, DE. From the initial quotation to delivery of the goods, it was a great and hassle-free experience. Communication with their supervisor was excellent and the packing and loading of the items by the crews were first class which allowed my parents to relax and concentrate on other aspects of the move. Packing materials were delivered before the packing service which allowed my parents to pack their personal belongings. The price charged was very reasonable. I decided to use full service van lines for my move to Los Angeles, CA as my parents and my sister have both used them in the past and recommended them to me. I can honestly say that full service van lines is a fantastic company and really did take the stress out of my move. Initially I was a bit anxious about my furniture being damaged due to my previous moving company scratching quite a few pieces of furniture but the moving team was really careful and packed all our furniture with good packing materials resulting in not a single scratch or mark to be seen on my furniture! I would really recommend this company to anyone who is looking for a reliable moving company for their move. Hopefully I will never be moving again but if I do, will 100% be calling them again.

Couple of weeks ago, we relocated to Louisiana from Florida. I called full service van lines and discussed with them. At the evening of discussion, they mailed me a road map. I was impressed with the plan. At the day, when they were working, I found they are very much caring about my pet, my children and other fragile materials. I had a very positive response from full service van lines during our move. I was given seven days window to move in Memphis, TN from Miami, FL. They customer service agents were outstanding. The guys checked in just 10 am in the morning and finished uploading all valuables within four hours in to their van. I could count on to make my relocation tension free for the mover. They catered our requirement unlike any other company I dealt with. Their picking up and delivery was so perfect that there was no chance to ask them for penalty. I would like to make huge shout out for the company.

I went to this website and, against my better judgement, entered all my information for a quote. I thought I was just getting a quote from this company but I started getting all these calls from several other moving places, some calling 3-4 times a day and one even called me at 7am. On top of that I was swarmed with emails. Not just from all these moving companies but just random spam. It was really unsettling and a complete turn off. I had no idea this would happen and I didn't see any indication that my information would be given to a gang of places. Really unprofessional.
