Bentley Driver Training School

I never been though that every staff in this school is rude, specially the manager . Their attitude is the worst that I've ever seen in my life!. Although, their teaching capabilities is outstanding and they can teach very well through their driving lessons on the road, but I totally not recommend any body to go with them because of their rudeness in their attitude. VERY VERY VERY VERY VERY RUDE!!!.

THEY KNOW HOW TO CHEAT THEIR CUSTOMERS VERY WELL!!

I went to Bentley driving school for extra instruction. They charge $45 per hour for behind the wheel instruction. The instructor was pretty helpful and gave me tips on improving my driving skills. It was agreed that I would pay $90 for a two hour lesson. After 11/2 of driving the instructor directed me back to the driving school. I was not sure what was going on. She proceeded to tell me that she didn't want me to drive any further because students tend to tire when driving for long periods of time. I personally felt that I should have been consulted when making a decision to cut my driving time short.



I was upset but internally decided to never come back. Well this obviously changed the agreed upon price. When I asked

how much? She responded $75. I realized that an 1 1/2 lesson should be exactly $67.50. I didn't feel like a confrontation so I took my original check for $90 and gave a check for $70. She very unprofessionally snapped "I said $75!" I responded that "This is what is should be." She responded with neck action and all, "It's not about what it should or shouldn't be!" I felt like a paid my bill and refused to argue so I walked out. Someone else that worked in the store told me to come back or she would call the police. I responded "Please call the police and tell them how you are trying to cheat me!"



I feel that all of this could have been avoided if we had went out for the time that was agreed upon in the first place. I picked them because I was o.k. with the price that they gave me. The behavior of the instructor was very unprofessional. I did not make the decision to shorten the lesson and I shouldn't have to pay any more than the agreed upon price. I was treated horrible as a customer.
