Waggin Tails

I CLEARLY stated not to let my dog around other dogs and to keep her separate. The lady put her in the office and I left. I drove around the corner to see my dog running full speed towards the fence with dogs of all sizes. My gut told me to go get her but instead I thought I was being too over protective. When I went back to get her, the owner said she bit her...(Out of character for my dog unless threatened). She did not groom her at all. I picked her up to take her out and she yelled in pain. I took her straight to the vet and her back was severely bruised with fractures and punctures. The vet stated it looked like a dog fight where all ganged up on her. It took hundreds of dollars to get her healthy again. I contacted them and was told by the gentleman they did nothing wrong. Be AWARE!

Worst dog groomers I have ever used! When we dropped him off we were very clear as to what we were looking for, a simple trim around his ears, neck, rear, and paws. When my wife picked him up they had shaven him from nearly head to tail down to 1/2"! In the places where they did not shave him his fur was patchy and completely uneven. They did a completely horrible job and I will never trust them again to groom my dog. The reason for the horrible cut according to them was because they "messed up" and that their normal equipment was broken. When I called back later that afternoon to complain a gentleman simply told me that if we were not satisfied just "don't ever bring him back here again" No apologizes, no talk of a refund, just rude and unprofessional. The best part, after picking him up the lady even said she wasn't a professional... My advice, take your pet somewhere else.

The lady who owns the shop was very sweet, and she cuts good. My problem with the whole thing was, the fact that when I went to pick up my dog, she was running around with other dogs all around the shop, which poses several problems: 1) Are the other dogs up to date on all shots, including bordetella? I was not asked if my dog was, so I'm assuming others aren't asked either. That's a health isuue right there. 2) My dog was being picked on by the owners dog. He was snarling at her and trying to start a fight and kept snipping at her. Plus, there were other dogs that were snipping at each other as well all in the same area. Very unsafe. I didn't want her being in that invironment another minute. 3) She had dirty paws and a dirty face when I came to get her....she was cleaner when I dropped her off. That is the opposite of what taking your dog to the groomers should be. The excuse was, "we let her out to pee", That's great but, no matter what, she shouldn't of been dirty AT ALL when I picked her up. Because of those 3 reasons alone, I will not take my dog back there. I had none of these issues with taking my dog to any other groomer.

Really liked this place the first time I went. Then the second time I went we brought my dog home and they had cut her foot with the clippers. Both times they did not clip her nails and trim her hair correctly.
