Lowe's Home Improvement

I have ordered online for in store pickup for several years. The first year Lowes allowed me to come in and get my 10% military discount within 30 days of making purchases. Last year a manager informed me that it was against store policy to give a 10% discount for purchases made online. I contacted Lowes customer service online and they disputed that statement. Who's right? The Clovis N.M. store is doing a poor job of having online orders ready in the allotted 20 minutes time frame. I have complained to numerous managers about my orders not being ready when my work crew arrives. I get the notification that the order is ready, but my guys are still spending 45-60 minutes in the store waiting for the order to be picked. Damn shame. If Home Depot were here, I wouldn't ever shop at this store. Piss poor customer service and management does not follow-up on their promises to make things right and improve their online purchasing process. So there you have it, not a happy customer at all.

I love this store after my recent purchase: I recently bought a weedwacker and I also bought one of those heads with blades for those thick weeds. I couldn't figure out how to change the head and the instructions didn't explain it and neither did the manufacturer's website so I took it to Lowes. I figured those guys would know...I figured wrong, the guy helping me ended up braking the part where it spins. Another gentleman came to help me and FINALLy we got it off but by then the damage was done. They gave me a number to call and I'm glad I called and took the guy who broke the machine's name cause they needed all that info. The so the manager contacted me that same evening, then the next morning to take it in. They swapped it out for the exact same model. What customer service! AMAZING! THANKS DILLAN! Very honest service...
